(BSDE) marketing sales increased 17% yoy to Rp827b in 1Q12 following the launch of two sub-clusters in BSD City and in Kota Wisata. This represented 20% of the company’s target of Rp4.2t for 2012.
The main contribution came from the residential segment, which accounted for 52% of total marketing sales. The company targets to launch 17 sub-clusters, of which 10 are located in BSD City and seven in residential areas managed by subsidiaries.
